Aphantasia Test (VVIQ)
Vividness of Visual Imagery
Close your eyes and picture a red apple. Can you see it? Some people see a vivid, photo-like image; others see nothing at all (aphantasia); and a small number see imagery as real as actual sight (hyperphantasia). This test measures where you fall.
Aphantasia
No visual imagery. Common — affects 1–4% of people.
Hyperphantasia
Imagery as vivid as real seeing. About 3% of people.
