These terms apply when you access or use the ThinkTraits website, app, tests, games, reflections, account features, or sharing services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Reflective and entertainment use
ThinkTraits provides self-reflection questionnaires, informal quizzes, browser tasks, puzzles, games, and symbolic or fictional experiences. Results describe one session under a particular local protocol and do not define a person.
No part of ThinkTraits, including Oracle Cards, Tarot, astrology, horoscopes, cognitive activities, or AI-assisted reflections, provides financial, investment, health, relationship, legal, employment, or other professional advice. Nothing here is a clinical or diagnostic instrument. Seek a qualified professional for a genuine concern or consequential decision.
Your use of the service
You may use anonymous activities without an account. If you create an account, provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for the inputs and links you choose to submit, save, copy, or share.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade safeguards or quotas, interfere with other users, upload malicious material, violate another person’s privacy or rights, or use results to make high-stakes decisions about another person.
Public links and third-party services
A public-by-link result is a bearer link, not an authenticated private record. Share it only when you accept that anyone who receives it can view the minimized result until it expires or is removed.
Optional features may involve Railway, Better Auth, Resend, Google, Ollama, Open-Meteo, an app store, or your device’s sharing tools. Their separate terms and policies also apply to their processing and services.
Changes and availability
ThinkTraits may change, suspend, remove, or correct features, content, limits, or these terms. Material updates will be reflected by the date on this page. Do not rely on continued availability of a particular activity, account copy, generated result, or public link.
No warranty
THE SERVICE IS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED “AS IS.” ThinkTraits MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, IN FACT OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DATA ACCURACY.
ThinkTraits does not represent or warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or its results will be correct, accurate, reliable, or useful.
